1. The volume of timber harvested during the year which, under a timber supply and forest management agreement, is intended for the agreement holder’s wood processing plant and which may, pursuant to the first paragraph of section 43.1.1 of the Forest Act (chapter F-4.1), be sent to other wood processing plants operating under such an agreement may not exceed, during a given year, 10% of the annual volumes of timber allocated to the agreement holder under the holder’s agreement.
